Back Yard Walkway to Edible Garden

The great thing we/you could easily do with this is easily adjust placement of stones and plant groundcover or small plants occasionally/spaced along the walkway with the juncture or gap of the stone serving as somewhat of an alcove for such plants.

The idea I mentioned, only yours would be with smaller surface dimension stones with less depth, farther spaced apart.

I like this look, only with a single row of stones spaced about a half-walking step apart - about one foot.

I like this look as well. Again, imagine it on and surrounded by grass - regular edging required, with all.

Another simple and attractive solution.

A blend of the first two photos - my favorite.

I am a fan of this for short distances - resembles a foot bridge. Perhaps somewhere else on your property.

I love this - somewhere else, some other time.
